Joy Lab walks folks through the 12 Elements of Joy over the period of one year. The Program works synergistically with the Joy Lab Podcast, creating a robust, yet practical framework to help folks break free from chronic stress, symptoms of anxiety and depression, cycles of negative thoughts, and feelings of disconnection.
